About Our Marietta, GA Air Quality Technicians

We are a local Marietta, GA team of NADCA-certified (National Air Duct Cleaners Association) professionals. We are not a side-business; this is our specialty. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive, "source-removal" cleaning that actually improves your home's health, all with transparent, upfront pricing.

The Step-by-Step Professional Cleaning Process

A real, high-quality air duct cleaning is a 2-4 hour process. Here is what to expect:

• Home & System Prep: We lay down drop cloths, wear protective booties, and seal off your supply and return vents to protect your home and create a vacuum seal.
• Creating Negative Pressure: We connect our powerful, truck-mounted or portable HEPA vacuum system to your main trunk lines. This creates an immense negative pressure, ensuring all dislodged debris is sucked out of your home.
• Agitation (The "Scrubbing"): This is the most important step. We use specialized, high-powered tools—like rotating brushes and compressed air "whips"—that are fed deep into your ductwork to scrub and dislodge the caked-on dust, pollen, and debris.
• Cleaning the HVAC Components: A "duct cleaning" must also include the HVAC system. We clean the blower motor, fan, and accessible coils, as these get just as dirty.
• Final Cleanup & Sealing: We professionally remove our equipment, unseal your vents, and clean up our work area. The access ports we created are sealed air-tight.

Frequently Asked Questions

• How long does this take? A real air duct cleaning for an average Marietta, GA home takes 2-4 hours. If a company claims they'll be done in 45 minutes, it's a scam.
• Will it make a mess? No. We guarantee a "no-mess" service. The negative pressure ensures all dust goes into our vacuum, not your home.
• What is a "bait and switch" scam? It's a "$99 special" where a company shows up, uses a shop-vac, and then charges you extra for the main lines, the "scrubbing," or a "sanitizer." Our price is all-inclusive.
• What is NADCA? NADCA is the National Air Duct Cleaners Association. It is the independent certification body that sets the standard for our industry. Always hire a NADCA-certified firm.
